J.S. Marlo has woven an excellent suspense and romance...There are many excellent interactions within the tale that keep it moving. It's one of those stories where we know the villains early on but that doesn't interfere with our enjoyment of the chase or the evolution of the romance between Hauk and Star. I found this a great bit of writing that kept me interested from first page to last.

I loved how the two mysteries became intertwined with the love story between Hauk and Star. The climactic scenes are very exciting and lead to a satisfying conclusion. The setting and exciting, romantic plot make this a story I will read again soon.
